The Human Condition

My photography aims to capture the raw essence of human diversity, celebrating the beauty found in everyday life. Using a 135mm lens allows me to isolate subjects, drawing viewers into intimate moments and untold stories. I am particularly drawn to photographing the LGBTQ community, whose vibrant expressions of self offer a constant source of inspiration. Additionally, I explore the bustling atmosphere of cafes, observing the subtle interactions and individual reflections that unfold within these public spaces. Ultimately, my work seeks to champion those who dare to break from conformity, recognising that life is far too precious to be lived in the shadows of societal expectations. Every image I take is a testament to the power of individuality and the importance of embracing our unique selves.

Beyond specific communities, I am fascinated by anyone who embodies authenticity and refuses to be confined by conventional norms. Whether it is a striking outfit, a captivating expression, or an unconventional lifestyle, I seek to capture the spirit of those who dare to be different.
